We recently introduced Te.Sense Bloom, a breakthrough in non-destructive rapid tire deflation testing.
Te.Sense Bloom provides a non-destructive alternative that allows controlled, rapid deflation of individually selected tires. As previously described, the device uses a controllable central air ejector valve with a volume and flow capacity that simulates a sudden tire pressure loss event.
Recent product upgrades have included improved tire inflation pressure monitoring - now up to 1,000 Hz sampling - and an improved vehicle speed rating - now up to 220 km/h (137 mph).
But at the end of the day: How does this translate into real-world testing improvements?
This video (hopefully) provides a visual answer to this question:
Vehicle stability testing can, of course, take many forms. The recent Te.Sense Bloom capability improvements (as well as improvements that are scheduled to follow in the near term) expand vehicle testing envelopes, so tire failure events can be studied in greater detail, across broader scenarios.
