Koala Technologies LLC began in 2021 with a simple mission: Deliver cutting-edge test and measurement tools from abroad into the U.S. market.
Our Te.Sense product line, which is specifically for automotive testing and R&D, is our first such offering. All Te.Sense products are based on field-proven equipment originally developed by Guide Choice, a leading Chinese automotive test equipment provider and engineering consultancy.
Why China and Guide Choice, you might ask?
For us it was clear. China has been the world’s largest automotive manufacturing country and automotive market since 2009. Annual vehicle production in China accounts for nearly 33% of worldwide vehicle production – which exceeds that of the EU or that of the USA and Japan combined. In addition, over the last last 15 years, China has become the recognized world leader in electric vehicle (EV) design and production, with over 100 EV brands, surpassing all other countries in the transition to electric vehicles.
So, we just knew there must be some innovative vehicle testing and development tools supporting these achievements. And indeed there are!
We partnered with Guide Choice for automotive testing products because they have a superb track record – no pun intended. With a staff of over 60 engineers, plus 3 technical centers, Guide Choice provides solution support and technical products to more than 50 Chinese automotive OEMs and chassis deign houses. They've also been around for over a decade, offering equipment that is well-engineered and respected for its toughness.
Koala Technologies' main office (sales and technical support) is in Chicago, and all our Te.Sense products are designed specifically for U.S. automotive testing requirements.
