Koala Technologies is honored to receive ‘Runner Up’ recognition in the prestigious 2025 Vehicle Dynamics International Awards, in the ‘Development Tool of the Year’ category.
Our Te.Sense Bloom rapid tire deflation device made the short list for the award as a tool that helps vehicle dynamics engineers evaluate their designs and setups to achieve automotive excellence.

Te.Sense Bloom is a non-destructive tire testing device that replaces cleat puncture tests such as those supporting FMVSS 110 evaluations. Cleats typically destroy multiple tires on a vehicle, even when only one tire requires testing - thus destroying more tires than needed, and possibly corrupting certain dynamics and vehicle stability tests that call for a single, targeted tire failure. Bloom uses a controllable, central air ejector valve with carefully designed volume and flow capacity that simulates sudden tire pressure losses.
